 Mechanical Card folded into fourths and then in half.  When front panel is pulled
    forward a panel moves and makes the girls eyes move and her mouth open.  The front of
    the card reads: "I hope this Birthday Telecast will find you sitting pretty".
      When the card is opened it reads: "While I open up my vocal Cords with this
    little Birthday Ditty ~ Happy Birthday To You!".
